The blueprint exists. You are the architect.

Because of my own experience: at 20, I first became a manager in my field — HR (Human Resources). Suddenly, I was in a role where I was building my team, collaborating and leading projects for 200+ employees, conducting workshops and trainings, and coaching internal managers.

That's when I decided I needed help. Someone who would tell me how the world of leadership and management teams works and functions, and how to still remain me: authentic, confident and calm, so that I could stand behind my decisions and build my own path. Even then, I told myself that one day I would be that person for other individuals.

15 years of gaining experience, with one foot in HR and the other in trainings, development programs, workshops, and practical cases. I gained my certification in London at AOEC (Academy of Executive Coaching), I have Bsc. degree in Psychology and I completed The Oxford Executive Leadership programme. Since my first coaching session I've gathered tools, embodied practices and tried and tested many different techniques, to find the best this world can offer. With help of mentors, former colleagues and bosses, I've created programmes, train the trainer workshops and used concrete tools to empower others to find their own solutions, be the best at what they do and express their full potential.

Now it's time to open up the space so that I can holistically empower others with all the tools, knowledge, and experience I have received.
