What to expect from
the Blueprint journey

Session format

60–90 min sessions

Deep, unhurried conversations held fortnightly. Online or in-person in Ljubljana. Each session is focused on one domain or the integration between several.

Upon starting a programme, you receive your own printed set of Verity Coaching Blueprint cards — a tangible artefact of the journey, yours to keep.

Between sessions

Reflection work

Short, bespoke assignments between sessions — journaling prompts, observation tasks, micro-experiments. Never homework for homework's sake.
