What to expect from
the Blueprint journey
Session format
60–90 min sessions
Deep, unhurried conversations held fortnightly. Online or in-person in Ljubljana. Each session is focused on one domain or the integration between several.

Physical Blueprint cards
Upon starting a programme, you receive your own printed set of Verity Coaching Blueprint cards — a tangible artefact of the journey, yours to keep.
Between sessions
Reflection work
Short, bespoke assignments between sessions — journaling prompts, observation tasks, micro-experiments. Never homework for homework's sake.
The process
No agenda imposed
The coach holds the framework; you choose the door you walk through. Sessions move at the pace your life requires — not a fixed curriculum.
Accountability
Real follow-through
Between sessions you have access to your coach via a private messaging channel for brief check-ins, questions, or moments when the work gets real.

All coaching conversations are fully confidential. A coaching agreement is signed before any work begins. What is said in the room stays in the room.
